Can anyone answer a question I have re Article 19 of the proposed “pandemic treaty”?
It is being widely claimed that individual states would cede authority to the DG of the WHO to be able to demand action by those states EVEN IF such action supersedes the constitutions of those states. But I have read that individual states have the RIGHT to deny the WHO such authority over them. What is true here? This is a hugely critical issue that needs to be explained clearly.
