Thank you everyone for your love and support, this means so much to me. Thank you also for sharing your and your loves ones experiences with Big Pharma drugs. Sharing our experiences can save lives and improve the quality of living. It starts with realising what they are, and connecting the dots. May we all continue healing, and helping others to heal, as we take back our power and our freedom.

Revelation 18:23, "...for by thy sorceries (pharmakopeia) were all nations deceived...."

Pharmacy is a combination of the Greek term * pharama form IE * bher- (to charm, enchant) and -(a)-ko- resulting in * pharmako- (magic, charm, cure, potion, medicine) and in Latin pharmacie.

IMO, the great deception is the mindset that a person can just "take a pill and continue the bad lifestyle that causes all the problems". The medical establishment does not encourage lifestyle changes to get fix causal problems, like good nutrition, normal weight, stress reduction, balanced life, lots of water and exercise, adequate sleep, etc..... Sorcery refers to this magic idea that a pill fixes everything and just continue to destroy your health..............

Thank you Shabnam. Some of the best "preventive medicines" are acquired through the sharing of experiences as you have. You are an inspiration. Thank you for the gift of your sharing. 🙏🤗💞

Doctors and the medical establishment can be useful at times but you have to take control of your own health care and for those you are entrusted with caring for. You are the last word on any treatment or protocol. Never let doctors take that control from you. Obviously you have learned this well, Shabnam.

I had a doctor like that that several years ago. I had fallen and broke my right wrist and he was the surgeon. On my final OV, I had taken off my brace for the x-ray and did not put it back on. He was so angry when he saw I wasn't wearing the brace before he had given permission to remove it, he told me I was "permanently disabled"! He wanted me to believe that! But of course I knew I was fine. The wrist was working well. He was trying to "punish" me for disobeying! He showed his true colors then!

Thank you for sharing. Yes you are absolutely correct. The side effects of pharmaceutical drugs are rarely mentioned to the patient. As a nurse I have always challenged doctors overprescribing and pointed out potential reactions and side effects. I have coordinated care for elderly who generally are taking 12-20 prescription drugs at one time.

I Have a child with neurodiversity I have found he cannot tolerated the smallest dosage of many of. If not all medications. I advocate for him and am looked at like I am just a crazy conspiracy theorist or an uninformed nurse.

Well Thank God I am thick skinned and know my duty is to my family and my patients.

God bless you , you are a champion for those unable to stand for themselves.

In a hospital w my best friend, I asked about some and I knew they did this or that. Sometimes, it seemed they listened. But even taking care of a person who is paralyzed, they didn’t seem to know or want to know to take care of him correctly. Moving him, helping him breathe without a vent, giving his enemas, giving him the right mattress, cleaning his catheters, changing them when I know they needed changing. No justice, no understanding here. 😡😡💔💔😞😞

Elizabeth!

Look into a little "Cold Laser" hand held machine $100 + dollars...

my tear has resolved as I attribute the rapid improvement due to this little hand-held gem.

I would NOT believe in this therapy...

however I fell on my dog, hurt his back as the initial treatment for him was acupuncture and cold laser. He responded to both and looked forward to his weekly visits. Vet suggested I invest in a laser for the dog... ( visits at the time for 5 minute treatment was $60/visit.) The laser helped my dog, (never needed spinal surgery) AND the tear in the knee!

Shabnam, I met you, briefly, at the better way conference a few years ago. I was taken by your presence and intelligent mind. After reading today’s substack, my admiration for you has grown. You have been on an exceptional life journey. I admire the way you handled that journey. Recently I was offered another “pharmaceutical” for my rheumatoid arthritis. I went home and did my homework, only to find out this drug would wipe out my B cells, possibly my red blood cells and platelets and make me more prone to serious outcomes if I became infected with viruses or infections. The next day I phoned the rheumatology nurses and said I would decline the offer of this “pharmaceutical”. I am 73, a retired family nurse practitioner. I have witnessed more poor outcomes due to pharmaceuticals than I wish to think about. Horrified I participated in their administration. Doing as I was told.
