Court Case: Stop the Shots - South Africa
Project VAECA shares an update and asks for support in an unprecedented court case
The South African government has taken a reckless decision to inject children aged 5 – 11 years old with experimental, dangerous, ineffective C-19 injections, early in 2023. Injecting babies is not far behind.
A group of concerned citizens Project VAECA (Vaccine Adverse Effects Class Action) has decided to take action through an urgent court application. The matter will be filed in our courts in the next few days.
One of the project's members, Dr Faan Oosthuizen, put the government on notice with a cease and Desist letter, giving them until 14 December to respond - which they did not do. Unlike the UK and other parliaments, the South African parliament is not speaking out or acting to protect our people's lives.
Preparations for the case are going well, with the team working to prepare a case that will test our court’s willingness and authority to protect children and adults from a controversial, unnecessary and exorbitant drug product, on which the ‘safe and effective’ narrative is demonstrably false.
This pioneering case is based on clinical reports from diligent doctors and other health care workers, reports submitted to SA VAERS and international systems, expert research, and sheer determination.
Speaking out in the public interest, the Project VAECA core team shared:
Dr Faan Oosthuizen: I quote: “Every one of us has a duty in Law to prevent Harm, Injury and Death. If we do not, in Law, we are as guilty as the man or woman that does Harm.” Professor Dolores Cahill
Dr EV Rapiti: “The Covid-19 injection is untested, toxic, ineffective, costly, and unnecessary. There are good, effective, safe, and inexpensive treatments available - even for the most severe cases of corona virus.”
Fahrie Hassan: “Never again will we allow rampant conflicts of interest and corruption to harm our people. Our Right to Health, Our Right to Dignity, Our Freedoms, Our Bodies, Our Choice. Never Again is Now.”
Shabnam Palesa Mohamed: Daily, SA VAERS sees devastating reports of adverse effects. Survivors are ignored, or censored, with no compensation from government. Where is Ubuntu? Where is the justice?
Riekie Erasmus: “Our Constitution has an excellent Bill of Rights. It must be respected. Covid-19 and Covid shots have been used as an excuse to disregard human rights like the right to life and the right to dignity."
Adv Sabelo Sibanda: “This case will test judicial will, and the independence of our Courts to protect South African residents, most of all children for whom the Courts are empowered to act as the upper guardian."
Media Interviews
Dr Oosthuizen and Adv. Sibanda will feature in a live interview with Shabnam Palesa Mohamed, 5pm CAT/RSA, Thursday 22 December, on CHD.TV
Dr EV Rapiti, Fahrie Hassan and Riekie Erasmus will be interviewed by Shabnam Palesa Mohamed in a
recorded interview on TrialSite News, broadcast date to be confirmed.
Project VAECA welcomes other good faith interview opportunities in print, on radio, via video or on TV. Please contact us via info@THJ-Africa.org.za to arrange interviews.
a) Appeal for support
A project of this magnitude challenges Big Pharma, government, and accomplices who depend on them. It requires committed support from people we aim to serve and protect. Evidence shows that these injections are shedding known and unknown ingredients, which means that not injected people are affected without. informed consent. Our health system cannot and will not cope. This unethical and cruel trial must stop.
We thank anyone who is able to donate once off or regularly. Please use the reference: VAECA. Standard Bank. Account: Transformative Health Justice. Account number: 1016 140 7062. Ref: VAECA
b) Report negative effects
Project VAECA reminds South African residents to keep reporting negative effects to independent reporting platform SA VAERS: www.SAVAERS.co.za. Also report to SAHPRA/DOH via their websites. Please copy SA VAERS in SAHPRA/DOH communications, so SA VAERS can assist if possible: Report@SAVAERS.co.za. Transparency and accountability are fundamental pillars of the right to health.
c) Solidarity at court
We will share an update with the court date as soon as it is confirmed. If you are able to attend the case in support, you have the constitutional right to peacefully demonstrate outside court, with powerfully worded posters or banners. With consent, you may also make posters of loved ones who have passed on, or who were or are injured or sick after taking the C19 shots. Lets be a voice for people who struggle to speak.
d) Whistleblowers and servant leaders
If you have information to share that is relevant to this case, or if you are an ethical socio-political leader who wants to speak out for the people, please email Project VAECA via: info@THJ-Africa.org.za
A closing message
As we know, an injury to one is an injury to all. We are in a critical point in our country’s history, where we realise we can only depend on each other. We are the ones we are waiting for. To uphold our inalienable rights and freedoms, we must be aware, healthy, and united. Nkosi Sikelele i’Africa. God bless Africa.
