Every South African should listen to the John Perkins interview. Every South African should think about where our real wealth lies. To me it lies not in ostentatious personal wealth and big infrastructure, but in our sovereignty, the REAL wellbeing of ALL our people and in Nature ( soil, water, biodiversity). And Nature not to be plundered and used up, but looked after, so we might be sustained. Foreign interests dangling carrots of big loans and bribes to politicians is how they gain control. Someone said yesterday about vested interests wanting Eskom to collapse so that it could be privatised. American investment was also mentioned. So yes, there are big problem in SA but hopefully the greedy corrupt ones can be stopped in the courts.
