The World Council for Health, in collaboration with expert advisers, is dedicated to providing the public with accurate and reliable information to promote health and well-being. In October 2023, it organized an emergency panel of nine international experts to examine reports of plasmid DNA in mRNA vaccines and addressed the implications for all people of the world. This is the follow-up hearing to that event.
