UPDATE: #STOPTHESHOTS CASE IN SOUTH AFRICA FILED FOR HEARING 10TH JANUARY
Groundbreaking case also calls for compensation and investigations during ongoing international hearings on safety, efficacy and corruption surrounding the C-19 shots
Background: Serious injuries suffered by people given the C-19 injection in South Africa have lead to Project VAECA (Vaccine Adverse Effects Class Action) launching an urgent interdict court case to stop the shots and expedite compensation, pending full and independent investigations into safety and efficacy. Adding to urgency, the South African government took a reckless decision to inject children5 – 11 years old with experimental & unnecessary C-19 injections this year. Shockingly, it has been discovered by SA VAERS that an unknown number of babies and childrenunder the age of 5 are being unlawfully injected with the C-19 injections, without informed consent, suffering untold health consequences.
In 2021, DENOSA (Democratic Nursing Association of South Africa) reported, in the public interest, that it was receiving several complaints from its members - some health facilities advised them not speak out if they experience any adverse effects from the Covid-19 injections. In February 2022, THJ (Transformative Health Justice) facilitated an urgent letter of concern about adverse effects from the Covid-19 injection, written and signed by 70 doctors (now over 200) sent to SAHPRA, SAMA & HPCSA. SAHPRA replied that they were too busy to respond or to engage the doctors (on alarms raised and danger signals being seen).
It is generally accepted that there is severe under reporting of adverse effects from “vaccines” and other drug products. Reasons include illness, a lack of awareness, and mistrust in government commitment. Based on the calculations of scientist and VAERS expert Dr Jessica Rose, the under reporting factor (URF) of C-19 shot adverse effects is x 31. All statistics should thus bemultiplied by 31. In South Africa, where the majority of our people are poor, and don’t have access to electricity, data, or smartphones, or don’t know how to report “vaccine” adverse effects, and do so in English - the URF is exponentially higher, leading to pain and suffering, loss of income, death, and national socio-economic decline. But for conflicts of interest, corruption and censorship, none of this is necessary. Coronavirus symptoms are treatable.
It is critical to highlight that investigations or calls for investigations into the C-19 injection harms and corruption are being conducted in the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and other countries. Investigations and accountability are also a matter of national security, because our police and military have been injected with the C-19 shots. In the U.S, for example, there are public hearings into harm suffered by their military. A weakened police and military mean that both crime and security threats may be escalated to serve globalist interests in usurping our country's sovereignty and resources.
Project VAECA thanks Children's Health Defense and World Council for Health for supporting this critical and urgent case. The court papers reference a WCH Pharmacovigilance Report and a well researched article on a Pfizer hearing about misleading the public on children, sourced from CHD's The Defender. As international partners, commitment to the right to dignity, health and life of African people speaks volumes. It remains to be seen if our honourable courts remain diligent in their protective role.

With consent, you may also make posters of loved ones who have passed on, or who were or are injured or sick after taking the C19 shots. Lets be a voice for people who struggle to speak and be heard.
