Our right to know: South African government served with PAIA notice regarding W.H.O activities
14 countries put IHR amendments and a proposed pandemic treaty under the global public interest spotlight
Access to information held by our public servants in government is an alienable right and fundamental pillar of every democracy. So is the right for us to make decisions about our lives and our nations’ sovereignty. Even if governments are infiltrated and captured by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Over the last few days, teams I work with at World Council for Health and Children’s Health Defense have been strategising on how to obtain transparent information related to the IHR (International Health Regulation) amendments and the proposed new pandemic treaty.

Many of you would know that both organisations and a number of amazing allies have been focused on the #ExitTheWHO campaign because the oligarchy’s megalomania has disturbing implications for health, freedom and sovereignty - and the secrecy and lack of public participation in decision making devalue our democracies.
14 nations submitted proposals on IHR amendments
The following 14 nations have submitted to the WHO proposals for amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). Four of the nations also submitted proposals on behalf of multiple other nations:
Armenia
Bangladesh
Brazil
Czech Republic on behalf of the Member States of the European Union
Eswatini on behalf of the WHO African Region Member States
India
Indonesia
Japan
Namibia
New Zealand
Russian Federation on behalf of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union
Switzerland
United States of America
Uruguay on behalf of Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela)
These life changing documents (proposed amendments to the IHR) are currently not publicly available. The proposals were to have been submitted by September 30, 2022. Then they were to have been shared with all 194 member nations. This did not happen.
There was no national consultation, and the proposed amendments have not yet been made public. It appears that, yet again, no proper public comment is planned by the WHO, which has objectively failed, both before, and during C19, on its role in health.

We will of course update the public on the response to the PAIA. And we encourage as many people as possible to submit FOIA or similar applications in your country. You have a right to know it all. You have a right to consent or to object to it all. No convention, treaty or international instrument can be lawfully binding, unless citizens agree to its terms.
