Amnesty?
The guilty massively & desperately trying to distance themselves from blame.
In all legal jurisdictions on earth.
FACT. There is no Amnesty for Genocide.
FACT. There is no Amnesty for Crimes Against Humanity.
Asking for amnesty for what? These amnesty seekers must have done things that might bring the wrath of God down on them. I would like to propose that these amnesty seekers provide a list of offenses for which they wish absolution. They will most certainly lie about the extent of their nefarious behavior = quick trial and the gallows. Amnesty can be granted by their maker.
